Mark Schlichter

-

PRESIDENT

Mark possesses a combined 45 years experience in the construction industry moving from management to ownership. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in English from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and continued on to earn his Masters of Business from Cardinal Stritch College in 1984. He was chosen as Small Businessman of the year in 1995 for the State of Wisconsin receiving recognition from the Governor of Wisconsin as an exemplary businessman. He also holds a Florida State Certified General Contractors license (CGC1512585).

As President of CFE, he leads the senior management team in strategic planning with a focus on organizational development to position CFE for long term success.

Ty Schlichter, PE

VICE PRESIDENT - In Memoriam

Tyler graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida (PE 80340). He also holds Master Electrical Licenses with the State of Florida (EC13004690), State of Georgia (EN216897), State of Mississippi (#18934-MC), State of Alabama (#04189) and the State of Virginia (#2705172200).

In 2016 Tyler took over the role of Vice President of Construction; where his collaborative approach and injection of new ideas help to elevate and refine the production aspects of Central Florida Electric.

Unfortunately, Ty passed in 2022 after health complications arose unexpectedly.

Jane Schlichter

VP FINANCE

Jane jump started her career after earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Rockford College in 1981. She has over 15 years of experience as a Project Manager developing and implementing Order Management, Accounts Receivable and Warehouse Systems for the electronic controls industry. At CFE Jane is responsible for fiscal management, drawing on her immeasurable organizational skills to make sure that CFE runs smoothly.

Chris Parker

-

CHIEF ESTIMATOR

Mr. Parker brings more than 30 years of professional experience in the commercial electrical field with specialties in healthcare, government, education and industrial realms. Chris is a native floridian and lives in Ocala with his wife, Lisa. He enjoys hunting, fishing and Gator Football. Chris is knowledgable in many aspects of the Florida Building Code, ACHA, NEC, and brings valuable experience in design build projects.

Mr. Parker started in the electrical field at 18 and worked his way through the field, proving himself as a competent foreman working for numerous electrical companies before joining the CFE team. His infusion of industry experience continues to build upon the integrated, and preplanned approach CFE is known for.

Chris holds OSHA 30 certification and ICRA certification.

Brian Ahearn

- SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Brian Ahearn has over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry. He started his career in New York At the age of 21, and with hard work and dedication Brian worked his way from apprentice to his current role as Senior Project Manager of CFE.

Mr. Ahearn has successfully managed large-scale commercial projects including Hotels, Health Care Administration, Education, Retail, and Government Projects valued at over $15 million ranging up and down the eastern seaboard. Brian believes through hard work, Dedication and the relationships we build as a team there is no limit to our success.

Rikki Hambidge

SERVICE MANAGER

Rikki started her electrical career in 1999 in the field as a residential and service technician. She later enrolled in the FEA Apprenticeship Program and earned her Journeyman's License in 2004 and the following year became only the second female to graduate from the FEA Apprenticeship Program. She also holds a Master Electrical License with the State of Florida (EC13010226), obtained in 2020.

Rikki earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the College of Central Florida in 2015.

Paul Parlier

-

ESTIMATOR

Paul graduated from Lower Lake High School in California. Soon after he began his education at Pinnacle College where he studied post production and Audio Engineering. While studying here, he developed a keen interest in the design and maintenance of recording studio technology, which motivated him to begin a course of study in electronics technology. Paul received his certification as a Telecommunications Technician in 2016. Paul joined Central Florida Electric in 2017; where he has worked on projects ranging from skilled nursing and assisted living facilities to retail and residential. Paul’s drive and ability to learn quickly, mixed with an attention to detail led to his promotion to Estimator in 2018. Paul worked through the FEA apprenticeship program while working at CFE earning his journeyman’s license in 2019.

Eric Millemon

-

PROJECT MANAGER

Eric began his career in the electrical trade as an apprentice in the New York City IBEW-local #3, immersing himself in all aspects from manufacturing/industrial to residential and commercial electrical. Eric quickly rose through the ranks becoming a field superintendent within a few short years and later earning his Journeyman license in the State of Florida (OC8978). With nearly 20 years of electrical experience and knowledge to draw from Mr. Millemon has personally overseen the construction and direction of a wide variety of projects ranging from national chains to institutional and governmental buildings.

Estela Encarnacion

-

OFFICE MANAGER

Estela Joined CFE in 2019 and brings with her over 15 years of administrative experience in the construction industry. She worked in Accounting and accounts payable for a large General Contractor in Miami, FL before relocating to Ocala. Born in St. Croix located in the Caribbean Sea she graduated from the West Indies Heritage Institute with a focus on Entrepreneurial training. Estela is bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish.

Cameron Russel - Engineering Assistant

Cameron graduated from Forest High School’s Engineering and Manufacturing Institute of Technology in 2016: a program focusing on bringing innovation, technology, and S.T.E.M. into high schools.  Following this, he attended Troy University in Troy, AL graduating in 2020 with double majors in Political Science and American History, having minored in legal studies. At Troy, Cameron was extensively involved in his fraternal organization ΔΚΕ as Treasurer and New Member Education. Cameron enjoys exploring Florida’s great outdoors, and has spent most of his life in the Marion County and Central Florida area.

Mr. Russell has worked in a variety of office administration and management roles, stepping into the roles of CFE’s Engineering Assistant and Safety Supervisor in 2022. Cameron currently holds ProCore – PM/Owner, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and OSHA30 certifications.
