Safety
CFE provides the resources for program implementation and maintenance, including a sufficient budget and technical information to promote Safety as a key ingredient in our work force. CFE meets Section 5(a)(1), generally referred to as the General Duty Clause, and OSHA Construction Industry Standards.
Training
CFE is a full member of the Florida Association of Electrical Contractors
(FAEC). Through this excellent organization, we have sponsored dozens of apprentices. All tuition is covered by CFE and we are proud that several graduates have continued their career(s) at CFE. Whether an employee has received their training through the FAEC, or in other organizations, when they are ready to take the next step and become licensed, CFE offers free study material, one on one assistance, and funding to obtain an Electrical Journeyman’s card issued by the city of Ocala, Florida. This helps to ensure you, the customer, the high level of competence and service we expect our employees to deliver.
Identifying a large void in the electrical industry, CFE recently implemented a training
program for our Foremen. Developed in house, this 16 hour program offers the tools necessary for the new Foreman as well as the seasoned professional, to properly manage our projects and help develop relationships with our customers.
CFE is constantly identifying and providing training and certification in all aspects of
electrical construction and safety. Here is a list of certifications and training that are currently active within our organization.
